The Psychic Sophia provides bespoke spiritual guidance, legacy alignment, intuitive sessions, private events, retreats, and related sacred experiences. All services are offered for personal growth, energetic support, and spiritual insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and Revolut. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We understand that circumstances can change. Our policy is as follows:
Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before the session incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
For bespoke private events and retreats, custom cancellation terms will be discussed and agreed at the time of booking.
We always aim to handle each situation with understanding and flexibility where possible.
Private in-person sessions are offered with careful consideration for energetic safety and comfort. We warmly welcome both women and men to virtual sessions, group experiences, and events.
We ask that all clients engage with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any session or engagement without refund if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
All information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
All content, transmissions, writings, audio recordings, and materials created by The Psychic Sophia are our intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
Our services are provided “as is.” While we offer guidance with care and integrity, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results are highly individual.
All services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
